Domestic Shipping (United States)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping times begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Order Tracking
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also track your order by logging into your Duvallco.shop account and viewing your order history.
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Issues
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team immediately after placing your order and before it ships.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery, but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office.
For packages not received within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team.
For significantly delayed packages (5+ business days beyond estimated delivery), please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
Contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
